Shipping

Your FASHUND will be shipped from Ireland with tracking, shipping costs and time frames as follow:

• Ireland: €6,50 ( 1 - 3 working days) - Free shipping on orders €100 and over (Apply code FREESHIPPING at checkout

• UK: from €8,50 (3 - 5 working days)

• Europe: from €12 (5 - 7 working days)

• Canada and USA: from €17 (10 - 15 working days)

• Oceania: from €20 (10 - 15 working days)

  As you know Fashund is handmade to order and our current lead time is 2 to 3 weeks.

*Import charges may apply for countries outside the European Union and those are not included in the price.

*Delivery times may vary, please consider longer times for parcels being held at Customs (if outside EU).

Returns

We hope you don’t need to return your order, but if you do we’re here for you.

We offer an exchange option if your FASHUND wasn’t the right size for your dog. Simply contact us (within 14 days of receiving your order) and we will talk you through how to send your item back to us.

We will start working on the different size for your dog asap.

This exchange option is only available in Ireland.

Returned garment should be:

– Unworn (except to see if the fit was right)
– No loose fur or dirt on the suit
– Received less than 14 days prior to you notifying us of your return

*Please remember we’re a small business and unfortunately we can't cover the costs with returns at this time. The return fee is €10 and that includes a prepaid label to send your order back to us and the shipping of your new order. The fee can be paid by Revolut or bank transfer.
